I love this vacuum! It is so handy and makes me want to clean all the time. I live in a decent sized apartment and this little machine gets the job DONE! It is super light and easy to use. I just emptied it for the first time and it was so simple. It takes some time getting used to it in the beginning. Don't get intimidated by all the parts when you open the box - it WILL get easier. Trust me. I haven't used all the attachments yet, but I love knowing that I have them on hand. The only negative is that it is not meant for high pile carpet and can be difficult to use on these - I have 2 of them. This was the main reason I purchased the vacuum. But you just have to push in one direction; I'm getting used to it now. One of the attachments may work so I'll do some more experimenting. I don't know why there are negative reviews about this product and the charging. Perhaps they had defective items or just didn't do it properly...?
